This website is a static information site. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking services are used, no external fonts are loaded and no contact forms are used. Contact is made exclusively via the email address stated above.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted at STACKIT, the cloud platform of the Schwarz Group, whose registered office and data centres are in Germany. The contractual partner and processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR is Schwarz Digits Cloud GmbH & Co. KG, Am Campus 1, 74177 Bad Friedrichshall, Germany (Stuttgart Local Court, HRA 741347).

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type). The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). No transfer to third countries takes place.

For security reasons – for example to investigate misuse or fraud – the server log files are stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted.

4. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your details are stored in order to process the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, a message to the email address given above is sufficient.
